1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by AgentsBuilt ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
AgentsBuilt designs, builds, deploys, and manages AI agents for business operations. Our services include workflow auditing, agent development, integration with third-party platforms, and ongoing agent management. Specific deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All agent architectures, proprietary tooling, and methodologies developed by AgentsBuilt remain our intellectual property. Custom agent configurations built specifically for your business are licensed to you for the duration of your service agreement. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, grant necessary access to the platforms your agents will operate within, and promptly notify us of any changes to your systems that may affect agent performance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our agents complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Pricing consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee as outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within 30 days. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of agent services.
6. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted agent operation or specific business outcomes. AI agents operate based on defined rules and may produce unexpected results in edge cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentsBuilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will decommission your agents and provide an export of any configuration data. Your business data remains yours and will be returned or deleted at your request.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
